1. Definitions

• “Eudaico” refers to Eudaico LTD. E-44/3, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, Delhi 110020, India.
• “Customer” refers to any person or entity that purchases medical supplies from Eudaico.
• “Medical supplies” refers to any product that is used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Eudaico, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Eudaico reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Eudaico will only accept orders that are placed through the Eudaico website. Eudaico reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4. Prices

The prices of medical supplies are subject to change without notice. Eudaico will charge the Customer the price that is in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Shipping

Eudaico will ship medical supplies to the address that is specified by the Customer. Eudaico charges a shipping fee for all orders. The shipping fee will be displayed on the order confirmation page.

6. Returns

Eudaico offers a 10-day return policy on all medical supplies. To return a medical supply, the Customer must contact Eudaico customer service within 10 days of the date of purchase. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the medical supply back to Eudaico.

7. Warranty

Eudaico warrants that all medical supplies will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a medical supply is found to be defective, Eudaico will repair or replace the medical supply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eudaico is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of medical supplies.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Eudaico and the Customer and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications under these terms and conditions will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the India mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Headings

The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
